Color Our World Art Contest
As part of the Adult Summer Adventure 2025, we are hosting a Color Our World Art Contest. Adult Summer Reading registration required. Only one entry per household is permitted. You can begin picking up the 5" x 5" canvases on June 2nd. We will have art supplies set out during open library hours June 9th to June 20th if you would like to create your piece at the library. Otherwise, you can complete the canvas at home using your own supplies. To ensure enough time for voting, please return your completed canvas by June 21st.
Voting will run from June 23rd to July 12th. Prizes will be awarded to the top two canvases in each of the following categories: Best Mixed Media, Feels Like Summer, and Fan Favorite. We will also award a prize to the canvas that receives the most votes overall. If you would like to keep your work of art, they can be picked up starting July 14th and must be picked up by July 26th. Artwork left after July 26th will be discarded.
