    2. Trustee Tucciarone has expressed his intention to remain on the Library Board. His name will be presented to the Hubbard Exempted Village School District School Board for appointment with his term extending four years through March 31, 2030.
    3. Emily Neal was hired as the part-time Adult Service Assistant for 20 hours per week, with five hours flex at the rate of $13.70 per hour. Her first day of employment in this position was Tuesday, February 3, 2026. (Reporting the hire per Board Resolution 44-26)

      2. Motion to approve expanding the advertisement for the sale of the wide format cutter to Facebook Marketplace at $3900 or best offer. The cutter has been advertised at $3900 for one year as of this month via the library website and signage with no interested buyers.

      3. Motion to approve posting 20 hour per week, with 5 hours flex, Circulation Clerk vacancy at $11.85 per hour with permission to hire and report at the March meeting if a qualified candidate is found.
